Associate (Lettings)

Location - London

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic Associate that can contribute to the successful letting of properties, by providing excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Successful candidates must be strong communicators, well presented, keen to learn, and have a genuine interest in property.  They should be team players, able to work under pressure, but also on their own and use their initiative to drive forward shared and personal goals.

Reports to: Office Manager

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Managing a prospective tenant database
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Following up with viewings and applicants
  • Negotiating and handling offers
  • Progressing files through the due diligence & referencing process
  • Ensuring legal obligations are met on files inc Gas Safety Certificates, Licensing Schemes and Energy Performance Certificates
  • Speaking with clients in relation to viewing feedback and market conditions
  • Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Complying with our internal policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Residential Letting & Property Management PropertyMark Qualification Level 3 (desired, but not essential)
  • Ability to provide high level client service in a sales driven environment
  • Effective time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team
  • IT literate
Commission: 10% commission on personal banking figures paid monthly & one month in arrears.
OTE: 35,000 GBP
Car Allowance : £2,400 Per Annum
Contractual Hours: 08:45 – 19:00 Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 18:00 Friday 10:00 – 16:00 Saturday 5 Day Working Week

Staff are required to work 5 days per week of the 6 operating days. Weekly days off are to be organised and agreed with the line manager.
