Sales Consultant

Location - All London Offices

We are looking for self-motivated, dynamic staff that can contribute to the successful selling of instructed properties by providing excellent customer service and demonstrating sales skills.

Successful candidates must be strong communicators, well presented, keen to learn, and have a genuine interest in property.  They should be team players, able to work under pressure but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative to drive forward their figures.

Reports to: Branch Manager


  • Registering applicants over the phone and via email
  • Arranging and conducting viewings with prospective buyers
  • Following up with viewings and applicants
  • Negotiating and handling offers
  • Progressing files through all stages of conveyancing
  • Checking properties on completion
  • Speaking with clients in relation to viewing feedback and market conditions
  • Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Complying with our policies and procedures


  • Residential Sales Qualification Level 3 (desired, but not essential)
  • Ability to provide high level of client service in a sales driven environment
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team IT literate
Commission: 10% commission on personal banking figures paid monthly & one month in arrears.
OTE: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
CAR OR ALLOWANCE: £2,400 per annum
CONTRACTUAL HOURS: 08:45 – 19:00 Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 18:00 Friday 10:00 – 16:00 Saturday

Staff are required to work 5 days per week of the 6 operating days. Weekly days off are to be organised and agreed with the line manager.
