Lettings Associate – Hampton Office

Location - Hampton

Basic Salary: £20,000 | OTE: £35,000 – £40,000 (uncapped) | Car or Car Allowance | Training & Qualifications Provided

Our Hampton Office has just been fully refurbished and is primed for expansion – and we’re looking for a hands-on, ambitious Lettings Associate to help us grow across Hampton and Twickenham.

Whether you’re early in your property career or looking for a new challenge in a growth-focused team, this role offers a real opportunity to make your mark in a respected, independent agency with a big vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting business growth across Hampton and Twickenham
Generating new lettings instructions through canvassing, follow-ups and local outreach
Carrying out viewings and building strong relationships with applicants
Preparing property listings and assisting with marketing
Supporting landlords and tenants from enquiry to move-in
Coordinating with our compliance and progression team to ensure smooth lettings
Helping with daily office operations and CRM updates

Who We’re Looking For

A confident, commercially minded individual who enjoys building relationships
Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take ownership
Highly organised with strong communication skills
Full UK driving licence required
Experience in lettings, sales or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
