Lettings Associate

Location - Docklands

Responsibilities of the Lettings Associate will include: 

  • Managing a prospective tenant database
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Following up with viewings and applicants
  • Negotiating and handling offers
  • Progressing files through the due diligence & referencing process
  • Speaking with clients in relation to viewing feedback and market conditions
  • Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Canvassing and generating new business
  • Complying with our internal policies and procedures

Essential attributes of the Lettings Associate will include: 

  • Level 3 Residential Lettings & Property Management Propertymark Qualification (desired, but not essential)
  • Ability to provide high level client service in a sales driven environment
  • Effective time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team
  • IT literate

Package & Benefits:  

Salary £16,000 – £22,000 Per Annum
Commission 10% of Personal Banking
OTE £40,000 – £50,000 Per Annum
Car Allowance £2,400 Per Annum
Location Docklands Office
Working Hours Monday -Thursday 09:00 – 19:00, Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00
Staff are required to work 5 out of the 6 operating days.
