Senior Lettings Associate

Location - Lewisham

We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic Senior Associate that can contribute to the successful letting of properties, by providing excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Successful candidates must be strong communicators, well presented, keen to learn, and have a genuine interest in property.  They should be team players, able to work under pressure, but also on their own and use their initiative to drive forward shared and personal goals.


Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Associate will include: 

  • Managing a prospective tenant database
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
  • Following up with viewings and applicants
  • Negotiating and handling offers
  • Progressing files through the due diligence & referencing process
  • Speaking with clients in relation to viewing feedback and market conditions
  • Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Canvassing and generating new business
  • Complying with our internal policies and procedures

Essential attributes of the Senior Lettings Associate will include: 

  • Level 3 Residential Lettings & Property Management Propertymark Qualification (desired, but not essential)
  • Ability to provide high level client service in a sales driven environment
  • Effective time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team
  • IT literate

Package & Benefits:  

Salary £18,000 – £22,000 Per Annum
Commission 10% of Personal Banking
OTE £40,000 – £50,000 Per Annum
Car Allowance £2,400 Per Annum
Location Lewisham Office
Working Hours Monday -Thursday:  09:00 – 19:00
Friday:  09:00-18:00
Saturday:  10:00-16:00
Staff are required to work 5 out of the 6 operating days.
