Senior Lettings Associate

Location - Lewisham

We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic Senior Associate that can contribute to the successful letting of properties, by providing excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Successful candidates must be strong communicators, well presented, keen to learn, and have a genuine interest in property. They should be team players, able to work under pressure, but also on their own and use their initiative to drive forward shared and personal goals.

Reports to: George Coshall

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Managing a prospective tenant database
Arranging and conducting viewings
Conducting valuations in lieu of manager
Following up with viewings, applicants and prospective landlords
Negotiating and handling offers
Progressing files through the due diligence & referencing process
Ensuring legal obligations are met on files inc Gas Safety Certificates, Licensing Schemes and Energy Performance Certificates
Speaking with clients in relation to viewing feedback and market conditions
Supporting and ensuring the smooth running of the office
Complying with our internal policies and procedures
Helping to manage and train junior associates

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:

PropertyMark Qualification Level 3 or Similar (desired, but not essential)
Ability to provide high level client service in a sales driven environment
Effective time management
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team
IT literate
Driving Licence

Commission:	Commission on personal banking.
OTE:	40,000 - 45,000 GBP PAX
Car Allowance:	2,400 GBP PAX
Contractual Hours:	08:45 – 19:00 Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 18:00 Friday 10:00 – 16:00 Saturday 5 Day Working Week
