We are delighted to announce that George Coshall has taken over as manager of our Greenwich Office.  George joined us as a Junior Lettings Consultant in January 2016, since then he has worked across our network of offices before establishing himself as one of our top performing consultants in our Lewisham Office. George said ‘joining the management team at MBI has always been an aspiration of mine and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity. Greenwich is the office I started at as a Junior Consultant so to be back once again, starting a different role almost feels like déjà vu. I am excited to get started and to continue servicing all of our clients to the highest possible standard’. George will be joined by a Callum Innes, who joins us as Junior Lettings Consultant.

MBI has been in Greenwich at Wood Wharf, Horseferry Place since 2015. It has always had a particularly vibrant lettings market, George comments that ‘having worked in several different locations since joining the property industry it has become clear to me to that certain locations have higher desirability than others. Despite the bizarre and very singular market we find ourselves in, our local area continues to maintain its popularity with prospective buyers and tenants as a great place to live. Any slowdown within the industry will be temporary with our local market having the potential to reach a level of normality very quickly’.
