Andrew Milsom
Andrew leads Public Partnerships at Madison Brook, working with local authorities and public sector stakeholders to develop and deliver housing and asset led programmes.
He brings over 15 years’ experience across the residential and built environment sectors, with a particular focus on business development, partnership structuring, and delivery within the public sector. Prior to joining Madison Brook, Andrew held senior roles at NHBC, where he was Sector Lead for Alternative Residential, working closely with local authorities and institutional partners, including in the integrated retirement communities space.
At Madison Brook, Andrew is responsible for building and maintaining long-term public sector relationships, supporting programme origination, and ensuring alignment between partners to deliver assets that perform over the long term.
