Gary Brannigan
Following the integration of his gas and heating engineering business into Madison Brook in 2017, Gary has played a key role in building and scaling the company’s refurbishment capability.
He leads a team of more than 50 operatives, delivering in excess of 150 property refurbishments each year. His focus is on programme delivery, quality control, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a consistent standard.
Gary brings extensive hands-on experience to his role, combining technical knowledge with a practical, detail-driven approach to site and contract management.
