Lucy brings over 16 years’ experience across acquisitions, operations, and property delivery, with a strong track record of driving performance across complex, multi-disciplinary businesses.
Having previously served as Operations Director, she has a deep understanding of how the business operates end-to-end, coordinating teams, programmes, and partnerships to ensure consistent delivery across public sector assets and estates.
In her current role, Lucy leads Public Partnerships, working closely with local authorities and stakeholders to originate and deliver housing and asset led programmes. She plays a central role in aligning partners, managing delivery expectations, and ensuring outcomes are achieved at scale.
