Rob is an experienced leader with over 25 years’ expertise across real estate investment, asset management, and residential development, alongside a distinguished early career as a British Army Officer.
He has a strong track record across the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition and development through to long-term management and performance, and brings particular strength in building and leading high-integrity, impact-led organisations.
As a Non-Executive Director, Rob works closely with the CEO and Board to support strategic direction, governance, and the continued development of the business as a public sector delivery partner. He provides independent oversight and challenge, ensuring the business scales with discipline and maintains the standards required to deliver public assets effectively.
