Madison Brook identified Meadow House as a strong opportunity to increase housing supply through the acquisition of an entire residential development.
Acting on behalf of the LATCo, we engaged directly with the developer and negotiated the acquisition before the development was completed.
We then managed the transaction through to completion, coordinating all professional advisers and stakeholders on the client’s behalf. This provided a clear and efficiently managed acquisition process while reducing the demands placed on the client’s internal team.
