John is Chief Executive Officer of Madison Brook, responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the business.
Over the past two decades, he has built the company into a multidisciplinary platform delivering housing, construction, and regeneration programmes across London and the South East.
Originally established as a residential agency, the business developed a deep understanding of property markets, residents, and housing providers. Today, that experience underpins Madison Brook’s work with public sector partners to unlock and improve housing supply through acquisition, refurbishment, and construction delivery.
John’s approach is grounded in the belief that performance and purpose should reinforce one another. While financial discipline is central to sustainable growth, he views profitability as an enabler, supporting the delivery of well-managed assets and improved outcomes for residents and communities.
