The programme modernised our offices in Chiswick, Lewisham, Docklands, Bankside, Twickenham and Hampton Hill, combining improved layouts, refreshed interiors and enhanced client-facing spaces. Delivered within occupied offices, the works were carefully phased to maintain business continuity while creating environments that better reflect our brand, culture and ambitions for future growth.

The challenge
As Madison Brook continued to grow, our workplaces needed to evolve alongside the business.
The challenge wasn’t simply refurbishing six offices. It was creating environments that better supported our people, reflected our brand and provided a consistent experience for clients and visitors, while ensuring every office remained fully operational throughout the programme.
Success depended on careful planning, consistent design and phased delivery that minimised disruption to day-to-day business.
The solution
We developed and delivered a coordinated refurbishment programme across six London offices, tailoring each workplace to the way our teams work while creating a consistent look and feel across the business.
Each location was assessed to understand its operational requirements, opportunities for improvement and client-facing needs. Working closely with designers, contractors and suppliers, we managed every stage of the programme, from planning and procurement through to delivery and handover.
The works included workplace reconfiguration, refreshed interiors, updated branding and improvements to collaborative and client-facing spaces. By phasing delivery across occupied offices, we maintained business continuity while creating workplaces that better support our people and the way we work.
