Our graduate programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to make a meaningful impact through property, construction and public-sector delivery.
Over two years, you’ll gain practical experience across a range of business functions, working alongside experienced professionals on projects that help local authorities, registered providers and public-sector organisations deliver better places to live and work.
From day one, you’ll become part of a collaborative team where you’ll be encouraged to learn, contribute and develop the skills needed to build a successful long-term career.
What you'll experience
Our structured two-year programme provides broad exposure to the different disciplines that make up Madison Brook’s public-sector delivery platform.
Depending on your interests, strengths and business requirements, you may gain experience in:
- Public Partnerships
- Business Development
- Construction Delivery
- Asset Management
- Finance & Administration
- Governance & Compliance
- Brand & Communications
- Operational Reporting
No two days are the same
You’ll work on live projects, collaborate with teams across the business and gain first-hand experience of how we deliver programmes that create lasting value for our public-sector partners. Throughout the programme you’ll receive:
- Structured on-the-job learning
- Support from experienced colleagues and mentors
- Regular feedback and development reviews
- Role-specific training and professional development
- Exposure to senior leaders across the business
Successful graduates may be offered permanent positions at the end of the programme, subject to performance, business needs and available opportunities.
