Adam Hoskins
Adam leads investment strategy across the group, overseeing acquisition, capital structuring, and treasury management.
With over 15 years’ experience across property and investment, he plays a central role in aligning capital with delivery, structuring programmes that support the acquisition, refurbishment, and long-term management of public sector assets and estates.
His remit spans the design and execution of acquisition and disposal strategies, the development of co-investment models with institutional and public sector partners, and the oversight of treasury and capital planning across the group.
Adam works closely with the Board and delivery teams to ensure investment decisions are commercially robust, operationally deliverable, and aligned with long-term value creation.
