Dan is a Construction Team Leader within the Construction team, responsible for leading the delivery of refurbishment, maintenance and capital works projects across public sector property portfolios.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Dan has built an extensive background in site management, project delivery and operational leadership. He works closely with clients, contractors and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Throughout his career, Dan has developed a broad range of technical and professional qualifications, reflecting his commitment to continual learning and industry best practice. His wealth of experience enables him to successfully manage complex projects while mentoring site teams and maintaining a strong focus on health, safety and client satisfaction.
