John Skivington
John brings over 40 years’ experience across the built environment, with a deep understanding of how the public, private, and voluntary sectors work together to deliver housing, construction, and regeneration programmes.
He spent almost two decades as Group Director of the London Housing Consortium (LHC), where he led the organisation through a period of significant growth, establishing it as a trusted procurement partner for local authorities and housing providers. Under his leadership, LHC developed and managed frameworks that enabled the delivery of high-quality housing and construction projects, with a strong focus on value, transparency, and social impact.
As a Non-Executive Director at Madison Brook, John provides strategic guidance on governance, procurement, and public sector partnerships, supporting the business as it continues to scale its delivery across public assets and estates.
