Josh is a Public Partnerships Manager at Madison Brook, supporting the origination and delivery of asset led programmes with public sector partners. He works across acquisition and portfolio development, identifying opportunities, structuring transactions, and supporting the progression of projects through to delivery.
Josh brings a broad background across property, including roles in portfolio management, development, and business development, alongside hands-on experience as a property developer. This combination provides a strong commercial understanding of asset acquisition and performance.
