Vickie Weller
Vickie joined Madison Brook in 2012 while completing her degree in Mathematics and Statistics, and has progressed through the organisation to lead the finance function. Today, she is responsible for financial governance, reporting, and control across the business, ensuring the company operates with discipline, transparency, and a clear focus on long-term sustainability.
Working closely with the executive team, Vickie supports the financial structuring and oversight of programmes across housing, construction, and public sector partnerships.
Having grown with the business over more than a decade, she has played a central role in supporting its evolution from a residential agency into a delivery-focused platform operating across public assets and estates.
