At 9am on the 20th July 2011 British Telecom reported a fault on our Docklands Branch line 020 7474 5505, resulting in problems with incoming and outgoing calls.
Please be assured that both BT and Madison Brook are working extremely hard to rectify the problem and would hope that our lines are rectified shortly.
UPDATE - 18.47
BT are still working extremely hard to rectify our telephone complaint. We are hopeful that the matter will be resolved by the time we reopen on 21st July 2011
