CASE STUDY

Block Refurbishment – London, W4

Scope

Complete overhaul of block and six apartments.
Refurbishment of the interior and exterior of the building.
Ensure building compliance.

Our Approach

An attractive Thameside apartment block that required complete refurbishment, to include the internal remapping and refurbishment of 6 apartments, communal upgrade, external and landscaping.

All works was completed to the client’s specification.

CASE STUDY

Residential Void Management – West London

Scope

Refurbishment of over 650 properties spanning 3 years.
Specifications to clients in-house categories.
All properties upgraded to meet current Building Regulations.
Work included full electrical rewire, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, boiler installations and internal and external decoration.

Our Approach

Robust quality checks were carried out at every stage, including the testing of all electrical installations to ensure compliance with current industry standards. On completion every property was deep cleaned and provided with a detailed Handover Pack including appliance manuals, warranties, O&M information and certification.

CASE STUDY

Public Sector Building – Kent

Scope

Demolished existing small structures.
Completed the design and build of new school entrance and ancillary works.
Implemented a flat roof structure and coverings.
Carried out internal finishes throughout.
Full project management under the JCT Design and Build Contract.

Our Approach

Working closely with the client’s consultant and the school’s headteacher to deliver a new school entrance and associated re-modelling at a Kent Primary School. These necessary works were carried out over a 12 week period and formed a new entrance and exit for visitors to alleviate the current access through the school playground and provide additional safeguarding measures for the pupils.

A new structure including internal finishes were constructed.

The project was successfully delivered on time and on budget to the absolute delight of the headteacher, all staff and pupils.
