The assistant manager is a key point of contact for our clients and prospective consumers. The role is fast paced and varied, as your time will be split between running the office, team development, listings and business development.

Whilst not an exhaustive list, the core responsibilities are as follows:

  • Supporting our clients in their property objectives.
  • Building a high quality, high integrity salesforce.
  • Developing and supporting the team.
  • Building key client contacts and relationships.
  • Developing buisiness opportunities.

We require level-headed, ambitious, passionate individuals, looking to build a career where they can effectively transfer their existing skillset, and develop this further. You should be self-sufficient, driven to succeed, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Whilst we take our work seriously, we are also a fun and sociable group. Our team is made up of high-spirited, outgoing, and friendly characters, who wouldn’t consider their career to be just a job or their team mates to be just colleagues.
