We are looking for self-motivated and dynamic Associates that can contribute to the successful sale and/or leasing of properties, by providing excellent customer service to our clients and partners.
Successful candidates must be strong communicators, well presented, keen to learn, and have a genuine interest in the real estate industry. They should be team players, able to work under pressure and use their initiative to drive forward shared professional goals.
Life experience is valued more than professional experience.
The Role
The associate is a key point of contact for our clients and prospective consumers. The role is fast paced and varied, as your time will be split between the office, appointments and business development.
Whilst not an exhaustive list, the core responsibilities are as follows:
Skills Required
The majority of your time will be spent supporting clients and applicants over the telephone, via email and in person. As such, you will need to be confident, personable and have excellent listening skills. You should have a demonstrated history of building relationships and being an effective high-level communicator. Being relatable, to our clients and identifying common ground with them is essential.
Experience in the property industry is not necessary, but life experience is a must. We require level-headed and driven individuals, who are looking to build a career where they can effectively transfer their existing skillset, and develop this further. You should be self-sufficient, driven to succeed, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Whilst we take our work seriously, we are also a fun and sociable group. Our team are made up of high-spirited, outgoing, and friendly characters, who wouldn’t consider their career to be “just a job” or their team mates to be “just colleagues” – our teams can often be found planning after work socials, teambuilding activities and charity events. We’re a close-knit team player environment, and have always found that the people who engage in these activities have the most success, and build the best relationships throughout their time here.
We have identified a number of industries where the transferrable skills gained tend to align with those needed to succeed with us. These are: Hospitality; Event Planning, Travel/Cabin Crew, Theatre/Entertainment and Military Services.
