In a bid to speed up the process of lengthy maintenance issues, Madison Brook launches its newest in-house division, based at their Western Gateway branch in London’s Docklands.

We were finding that the reliability of external contractors was having a negative effect on both the speed of service that we were able to offer our clients and also the natural rights of the tenant to quite enjoyment of their rental property. In a bid to combat this inefficiency Madison Brook has today launched an in-house maintenance team, qualified in the necessary aspects of electrical work, gas, general appliance repairs, post and end of tenancy cleans and inventory & check in services.

Madison Brook believes that this move will ensure that our management services stand well above our competitors and offer our clients that all important one port of contact and in turn peace of mind.
