Here at Madison Brook we appreciate the joy owning a dog can bring and the positive benefits to our overall wellbeing, physical and mental health.
That’s why we have taken the initiative to offer any team member getting a new dog, a week of paid PAWternity leave.
And it doesn’t stop there… this will form part of a wider dog-friendly policy within the company whereby staff may bring their pets to work on our designated doggy-days, should they choose to do so… 🐾🐾
